Math Katas Support

How can we help?

Math Katas is designed to be simple, reliable, and focused on helping students achieve multiplication mastery quickly. If you need help, we’re here — and we also want to be clear about what’s best handled by Apple’s systems versus what comes directly to us.

Contact Math Katas Support

If you have questions, suggestions, or requests related to Math Katas, please contact us at:

📧 support@mathkatas.com
(or use the contact form on this page once available)

We welcome:

  • Feature requests and enhancement ideas
  • Questions about how Math Katas works
  • Feedback from parents, teachers, and students
  • Questions about progress tracking, belts, or training modes

Technical Issues & Apple Services

Math Katas uses Apple technologies to provide syncing, assignments, and classroom integration, including:

  • SwiftUI & SwiftData for the app experience and data storage
  • iCloud / CloudKit for secure data syncing across devices
  • ClassKit for Schoolwork assignments and teacher integration

Because of this, some issues may be caused by Apple system outages or service disruptions.

If you experience:

  • iCloud sync delays
  • Schoolwork assignment delays
  • ClassKit start/continue issues
  • Apple service availability problems

Please check Apple System Status first. These issues are typically resolved directly by Apple.

That said — if something doesn’t look right or persists longer than expected, feel free to contact us and we’ll gladly help investigate.

Feature Requests & Enhancements

Math Katas is actively developed and improved.

If you have ideas for:

  • New training modes
  • Better progress reporting
  • Classroom or teacher features
  • Accessibility improvements
  • Performance or usability enhancements

We’d love to hear from you. Many of Math Katas’ features come directly from parent, teacher, and student feedback.

About Math Katas

Math Katas is built to help students master multiplication through focused, repeatable practice — inspired by martial arts training principles like kata (forms) and waza (individual techniques).

Our goal is simple:

Help every student who can reach mastery — reach mastery.
